Employer Engagement Guides for Education

Our new employer engagement guide for schools and colleges is now available online.

We understand from working closely with schools and colleges that Gatsby Benchmark Five is one of the most difficult to tackle because it is hard to know where to start.

Therefore, we have produced our Employer Engagement Toolkit: A Guide for Schools and Colleges to support education providers to effectively build a sustainable pool of business contacts.

The guide give tips and advice about how to get started, useful templates, local case studies, and other sources of help.

The Employer Engagement Guide is a flexible tool: as more schools and colleges get involved in activities, it will be updated with local case studies, good practice and inspiration to help schools and colleges across our region to enhance their employer engagement activities.
